Grandma's tomtar

A tomte is a Swedish mythological being that lives in people's homes without being seen. They are thought to be helpful, so they are good to have around. Somehow they have come to be connected to santa claus, so at christmas, Swedes put out tomtar in their houses.

Every christmas, grandma gets a new tomte from my aunt. This year, I took some portraits. I have just bought the 50mm tele-adapter for my Fujifilm X100S, so it was a perfect opportunity to play with it.

Bromance in Skillinge

A friend bought a house in Skillinge at the southeastern tip of Sweden. We spent a weekend there walking around in the beautiful landscape.
